Return and Refund Policy

At Mahasura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made to order especially for you, our return policy has specific conditions.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for Returns

For your return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition
  • Keep all original labels
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of use, stains or damage

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and personalization reasons, returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Items on sale or special promotion (except for manufacturing defects)
  • Products damaged by misuse

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at [your-email@mahasura.com] within 14 days
  2. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Please wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Send the package to the address we will provide.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in shipping on our part.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified:

  • We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The price of the product will be refunded; original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective products).

Defective Products or Shipping Errors

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the product
  • We will cover all return shipping costs
  • We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • Deadline for reporting defects: 48 hours from receipt

Changes

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

Processing Time

Please note that our products are made to order, so:

  • We do not maintain physical stock
  • Each order is produced specifically for you.
  • Production times are 3-7 working days before shipment
